Order Confirmation & Policies

Thank you for choosing GodsEternalLight®. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policies:

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the arrival of your product to initiate a return. After this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible.

Our products are crafted with care and quality. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it at no extra charge.

Due to customization, product availability may vary. Colors may differ slightly from images due to lighting or display settings, with a variance of up to 20% considered normal.

Returns

We accept returns only for items shipped incorrectly or damaged due to our error. Have your proof of purchase ready to start the return process.

Contact our customer support at support@godseternallight.com for return instructions. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll email you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

If you don’t see your refund, check with your bank or card issuer, as processing can take up to 5 business days. If issues persist, contact us at support@godseternallight.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't been processed, verify your bank details and contact your card issuer or bank. If you've done this and still don't have your refund, reach out to us at support@godseternallight.com.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for faulty or damaged products due to our production or shipping errors. Email us at support@godseternallight.com with issue details to request an exchange. We’ll review your case and provide a return address if needed.

Evidence for Returns or Replacements

To process your return or exchange, provide the following images:

  • Incorrect Item: Photo of the item and shipping label.
  • Size Issues: Photo of the shipping label, product measurements with a ruler, and size tag.
  • Damaged Items: Photo of the damaged item and shipping label.

Order Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@godseternallight.com within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled.

A 1.5% transaction fee applies for cancellations. If you place a new order, the original will be canceled, and a full refund issued.
